Well at least you can spell it. There is most likely one right there in your school, and maybe even one in your own town. Some bigger towns have more than one branch of said library. Cities have been known to have multiple branches to ease the trouble one may have to go to in order to read a book. So I guess your access to a public library, as opposed to the one in your school would all depend on the location of your residence in relation to the nearest library. Once that is known, I'm sure you can calculate the estimated amount of time required to utilize your motor skills to move yourself from your point of residence to said nearest library.
