Why Would I Make A Good Sysop: i would make a good Sysop because i love to help out people i like to make sure the chat room is a safe place for ALL ages, and i am a fun person to be around, and making the chat room FUN is a Must.

I have known him for 3 years and i met him at school.

Yes i would as he gives people a fair go, he helps everyone alot and trys to help as fast as he can.
He has taught me everything i no so far about computers and he is getting better everyday. If i had to choose someone to be a staff member of my network it would be Baralai with no doubt or second thoughts about it.

I would say he'd be about a 6 or 7. He's fairly new to ircd but he is like a sponge and learns quickly.

Yes I would. He is good with chatters socially, he makes an effort to learn and help, and he takes duties/chores given to him seriously.
